Interested in renting a school building or field for use during non-school hours?  Community Schools manages facility use for Hickory Public and Newton-Conover City Schools.   

We work to develop a partnership with the tenant and the building to the benefit of both parties.  We value renting gyms, cafeterias, auditoriums, fields and classrooms for use for meetings, gatherings, athletic fields.

Contracts for Use Must Have:

• onsite school staff to supervise the building

• a liability policy with the district as certificate holder for not less than 1 million
